POLICY
Delivery
When you place an order we will endevour to dispatch and deliver
your goods subject to availability the same working day if
ordered before 12pm. If however order is placed after 12pm
or at the weekends it will be dispatched the next working
day. Once orders have been dispatched a tracking number will
be emailed to you..
We
will only deliver at the address which has been registered
or in the case of goods bought online, to your billing address.
Goods are usually dispatched using Amtrak and will require
a signature on delivery.

All
delivery charges will be clearly stated when making payment.

Times
Delivery
is usually the next working day however, occasionally delivery
times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore
they cannot be guaranteed. You can check the status of your
order using the Tracking Number
We
will endevour to notify you if we become aware of any unexpected
delays.
Missing,
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
You
must notify us within 7 days if any goods are faulty, damaged
or incorrect.
RETURNS POLICY
If
within 14 days you are not entirely satsified with the product
we will refund any amount paid less 15% handling charge. All
goods must be returned in orginal packaging. Buyer to pay
postage costs. Refunds will be paid within 7 days after goods
have been received.
Any
goods which are delivered faulty, damaged or incorrect a full
refund or replacement will be given within 7 days after goods
have been received. Goods must be returned within 14 days
of receipt.
If
any product becomes faulty within the warranty period, the
product needs to be returned at the buyers expense. We will
endevour to repair the product however if unable to be repaired
a replacement of the same or like for like product will be
offered. Unfortunately a refund can not be given. Warranty
cover will be void in the event that the product has been
misused, damaged, security seals broken or neglected.
